- For 48 hours, please avoid swimming, sauna, steam as the gel takes time to bond and harden further to adhere to your nail bed
- Do not use your nails as tools this will damage and weaken them
- Avoid using nail polish remover containing acetone
- Wear gloves when performing household chores, gardening and use of chemicals
- Keep up with maintenance appointments to keep your nails looking their best
- Apply cuticle oil daily to prolong enhancements durability and flexibility and cuticle softness
