Elegance Salons Appointment Booking Policy
At Elegance Salons, appointments can be scheduled via our website, by phone, or in person at the salon. To confirm your booking, a valid contact number and email address are required.
For online bookings, most services require a 100% deposit. Deposits are fully refundable if a cancellation notice is provided more than 24 hours in advance.
For phone and in-person bookings, a 50% deposit is required for future appointments. Deposits are refundable if a cancellation notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. For same-day bookings, a 50% deposit is also required, and these deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel. Alternatively, you may walk in for appointments if you prefer not to pay a deposit; however, slots will be subject to availability.
Patch Test Booking Policy
Clients can schedule a patch test for services by:
• Booking online
• Calling us by phone
• Visiting the salon branch in person
Appointments are not required for taking a patch test.
